Delivery
We deliver prescriptions and health products ordered online anywhere in the UK, ensuring you receive your medication quickly and securely. Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:
England & Wales – 1-2 day delivery for most areas if ordered before the cut-off time. Rural locations may take longer. Reach out if you have any concerns.
Scotland – 2-3 working days, with remote and highland areas possibly taking longer.
Northern Ireland – 2-5 working days, depending on location and courier availability.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Prescription-Only-Medicines
If you have been provided with the wrong prescription-only-medicines or upon receipt of delivery, the packaging is damaged or could have been tampered with, please let us know immediately and do not use them. We shall advise you in regards to the appropriate disposal and re-ordering. If you have paid for your POMs, you will be refunded any amounts due if the prescription-only-medicines are wrong, damaged or faulty. You are not otherwise entitled to cancel an order for a prescription-only-medicine and receive a refund if you simply change your mind.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
